  • The 8 x 65 RS is a variant of the 8 x 65 R cartridge that was developed to provide improved accuracy and longer range performance. The 8 x 65 RS offers shooters similar advantages as the standard 8 x 65 R, such as versatility, improved accuracy, reduced recoil, and exceptional power.

The main difference between the two cartridges lies in their case size; the 8 x 65 RS has a slightly larger case diameter than its predecessor which leads to higher velocities at longer distances. This makes it an excellent choice for precision shooting applications such as long-range target shooting and hunting. The increased velocity also provides increased energy retention up to 1,000 yards, further reducing recoil and providing greater accuracy at longer ranges.
