  • The 9.3x64 Brenneke is a powerful and versatile rifle cartridge designed in 1927 by German engineer Wilhelm Brenneke. It is a rimless bottlenecked centerfire cartridge, meaning it has a base diameter of .504 inches and a slightly rebated and unusual rim diameter of .473 inches. This makes it suitable for use in bolt action rifles, allowing it to be used on a wide range of game.

The 9.3x64 Brenneke is well balanced with velocities similar to the .338 Winchester Magnum, making it an excellent choice for hunting medium to large game animals in Africa, Europe, and North America. Its high velocity also allows it to effectively reach targets up to 250 yards away with proper bullet selection.
