Hi Guys,
Went and looked at the new barrel length page. I may need a little more explanation on how to use it.
I have included a PDF that has screenshots of a comparison that I made (I tried a couple). This one is 308 and 223.
Depending on what caliber I select first seems to control what happens with the second caliber.
In the first screenshot ... I selected .223 as the first and 308 as the second.
It shows .223 as +/- 89 fps and 308 as */- 24 fps
Hover on 16 inch 223 = 2,672 FPS (308 shows 739 FPS) ... when I go to the 24 inch barrel, 223 = 2,888 FPS (308 shows 798 FPS).
Change and select 308 first and then 223
It shows .308 as +/- 80 fps and 223 as */- 27 fps
Hover on 16 inch 308 = 2,423 FPS (223 shows 815 FPS) ... when I go to the 24 inch barrel, 308 = 2,619 FPS (223 shows 880 FPS).
Not sure if this is showing the delta between the two calibers or if it was supposed to show the full FPS for both calibers and you could see the difference. Not sure that it is working like planned and always a good possibility I am not looking at it correctly.
The first time I tried, I added 6.5 Creedmoor and it seemed to group the 223 and 6.5 at about the same change rates and FPS ... so it seems like the first caliber shows at full FPS and the others show at something other than full FPS.
Sorry that is likely clear as mud which is why I am attaching the PDF.
Thanks for valuable feedback!! We fixed the bud and added some explanation.
Guys, is it possible that there is an issue with the measure coversion. When I check and use with metric system it seems to work properly but with imperial it doesn't?
