XXL Reloading has been a great tool for me in the past and I appreciate what you have done and are attempting to do.
I am disappointed in the new platform, many things not working, it does not seem ready.
First I never received a email about the switch, and how to avoid the 10 Euro setup fee even though I was on the old site. I paid the setup and subscription fee.
I cannot bookmark loads. I can add personalized loads, but cannot delete them.
All of my browsers are up to date. I have tried multiple browsers. Cleared all history, reloaded the page multiple times and so on as suggested.
If I am missing something please let me know.

I was much happier with the old site and still visit it for my favorite saved loads.
No refund necessary. The program is valuable to me even if everything is not working at the moment.
I have turned off my AV and tried on my android phone. Still the same, book mark button will not work.
Maybe something about my account or profile is set up wrong?
Thanks - we appreciate the feedback - it is the only way to understand and solve issues. We are also unhappy about certain things as our underlying system (wix.com) is very buggy.
Nevertheless - we are improving things and have removed a few bugs. They should also address your specific points mentioned.
