The powder manufacturer lists a start load of 36.6 grains for this load. This achieves less than 80% fill rate which we suggest as minimum load (unless Vihtavouri assumes a significantly lower case volume than 54 Grains of Water | 3.51 cm3. We recommend you start with a minimum load of 37.8 grains.
